The Analysis Phase
This Analysis Phase involves coming into the gym and performing an initial assessment to determine exactly where you’re at in terms of your body composition. For example, how much body fat do you have? How much muscle? And what do you really look like? This is what we call your ‘Point A.’
We determine this by doing a Biometric Assessment;
