Once we have your baseline data, we will set some clear, tangible goals and devise a strategy for you. What would you like your body to look like in 3 months / 6 months / a years’ time?
Which Lift training group will be best suited to you? And how many Sweat sessions will you need to attend to maximise fat loss? Etc.
