What Is HYROX?

HYROX is a hybrid fitness race that combines endurance running with strength-based workout stations.

Athletes complete eight 1km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, including movements such as sled pushes, sled pulls, farmer carries, lunges, and wall balls.

Success in HYROX requires balanced development across multiple physical capacities, including strength, endurance, pacing, power, and movement efficiency.

Train Inside a HYROX Performance Environment

Soultrain is designed as a hybrid performance centre, not a traditional gym. Athletes move through dedicated training zones, each built to develop a specific component of hybrid performance.

The Gymnasium

The Gymnasium is the central performance floor where athletes develop strength, power, and HYROX station capability.
This space is built for structured strength training and hybrid performance development.

Equipment
Competition sled push and pull lanes, kettlebells, sandbags, wall balls, wall ball targets, strength training platforms, barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells, RowErgs, SkiErgs, Ecko Bikes, Skillmills (curved treadmills), and motorised treadmills.

Soultrain offers dedicated strength sessions designed to improve movement efficiency and performance across every HYROX station — making sled pushes lighter, carries more efficient, wall balls more sustainable, and running more economical.

Soultrain also provides independent access to a competition-style HYROX training floor.

Athletes can train stations, complete race simulations, and prepare for events using competition-level equipment. This environment allows athletes to train exactly as they would during a HYROX race.
