Lift is the secret-weapon to getting the body you want, all in a50 minute class. Using science-backed training methods, our programs help you change your body shape, tone up and get stronger. We split the class in half, so ladies, you can expect to tone-up, look fitter, and see your glutes, thighs and calves take shape (without putting on size). Gentlemen, you will see your chest, shoulders, back and arms become bigger, your waist taper down (giving you that athletic v-shape) – and your butt and quads will become firmer.
