We are not like other gyms and group fitness studios. What this means is, we offer small, personalised group training, tailored to you in a fun and supportive environment. Tell us what you’re working on or looking to improve so we know how to best support you.
We are inclusive. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned gym addict, everyone is welcome and our classes cater for everyone. If it’s been a while since you were in a gym or you’re a super-fit-everyday-athlete, tell us, we’ll do our best to make sure you get the most from your classes.
We have no expectations of you. We just ask you to show up. This is more about you showing yourself what you’re made of. There is no pressure from us to be able to do everything in class or be the fittest person there. Everyone comes to work on their own journey. We’re a team, we’ll look after you, and coach you through everything step by step.
We recommend a Sweat class on Tuesdays 6pm or Saturdays 8am (they are labelled beginners so we get a few newbies together each week but youâre welcome to come any time convenient for you).
A new window will pop up with our booking software, here you can enter your name, email and payment details (choose the $7 for 7 Day option). You will be asked to sign our waiver. You should receive a confirmation email (check spam) when this is booked.
If youâre not feeling too confident in the gym, youâre not sure about lifting weights, doing resistance training, or youâre worried about training with an existing injury - book in for a complimentary semi-private induction session before your first class. We ask you to email us clearance from your physio or GP [email protected]
