Premium Training Facility: Our Conditioning classes run every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday in a spacious, sunlit 300-square-meter facility designed to inspire and motivate. With high ceilings, abundant natural light, and top-tier equipment, our state-of-the-art space creates an inviting atmosphere that enhances every workout.

 

Structured 12-Week Blocks: Our periodised training cycles keep you progressing steadily, helping you build real strength, endurance, and athletic performance that compounds over time.

Expert Coaching & Skill Development: Our world-class coaches provide personalised guidance to perfect your technique, boost your confidence, and enhance performance—while reducing your risk of injury.

Science-Backed Training: Every class is grounded in proven sports science, combining strength, power, and conditioning to challenge both your anaerobic and aerobic systems. Our hybrid sessions help you train like an athlete and develop a lean, resilient physique.

Quarterly Performance Evaluations: Every three months, we assess your strength, fitness, mobility, and overall wellness—tracking your progress, setting fresh goals, and keeping you motivated.

We offer four distinct conditioning classes, each crafted to deliver specific results:

Power

An explosive, high-energy interval training class that blends short bursts of intense effort with strategic recovery. Designed to build speed and power, enhancing athletic performance and leaving you feeling unstoppable.

Burn

Push your endurance to new heights. This class targets your lactate threshold through intense bursts of effort followed by quick recoveries, helping you torch calories, build stamina, and uncover your next level of fitness.

Hybrid

The ultimate full-body challenge, Hybrid blends strongman-style exercises, core, and cardio into one high-octane session. You will be surprised just how sweaty you can get, and how fit you will become!

HYROX

Train like an athlete. Compete like a champion. Our HYROX Training Squad is a performance-driven system combining strength, speed, endurance, and relentless grit. Backed by elite coaching. Open to all levels.
