Guided Wellness is an opportunity for you to step out of your routine and reset, so that you can be at your best. It's a journey of deep rest. A meditative journey into mindful movement, into breathwork, then we move into the ice bath and the sauna.

Luxurious Wellness Sanctuary: Offers an expansive sauna with a state-of-the-art heater, three dedicated ice baths, rinse-off showers and traditional rinse buckets, and specialized areas for breathwork, yoga, soft tissue therapies, and mobility exercises. GUIDED WELLNESS Signature Classes: Experience deep rest and total rejuvenation as we blend multiple regeneration methods to enhance recovery, boost energy, focus, mood, and develop grit and resilience.

Combines flow yoga, meditation, breathwork, and cold exposure to boost dopamine levels elevating mood, so you can win the morning and win the day.

RECOVER

Recover like never before, with the perfect mix of soft tissue therapy, stretching, performance breathing, compression, Non Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) and contrast therapy.

Down-regulate the nervous system, sync natural circadian rhythms by blending Yin Yoga, relaxation breathing, sound bowl meditation and heat exposure.
