STAY CONNECTED
To activate your pass, we’ll need a valid email and mobile number so we can keep you updated and make sure you never miss a session.
DON'T MISS OUT
We encourage you to opt in to our emails — that’s where we’ll send training tips, class updates, and exclusive offers to help you get the most out of your Soultrain experience.
YOUR GOAL SESSION
We’ll schedule a quick sit-down, either in person or over Zoom, to talk through your goals and make sure you’re set up for success from day one.
CARD ON FILE
A valid credit card is required to activate your pass. This helps us streamline bookings and keep everything running smoothly.
FAIR-PLAY POLICY
If you cancel within 8 hours or don’t show, there’s a $20 fee and you’ll lose a credit. Why? Because every spot matters. Each bike, each mat, each seat is valuable — and when it’s empty, someone else misses out.
This isn’t about penalties — it’s about respect. Respect for your time, respect for your coaches, and respect for the community that shows up together. When everyone commits, the energy is higher, the sessions are better, and the results come faster. That’s the Soultrain standard: we show up for ourselves, and for each other.
