Dani, a former competitive swimmer and Ride Coach since 2014, blends physical intensity with mental, emotional, and social uplift to create an empowering atmosphere where riders feel connected, challenged, and part of something extraordinary. Her ride journey began at Psycle London, fuelling her passion for community and mindful movement.

Sophie Perkins

Joyful, Celebratory, Community-Focused.

Sophie, a certified Reformer Pilates and Barre instructor with a background in acting and musical theatre, brings infectious joy and celebration to every ride. Her passion for rhythm riding creates uplifting classes that build confidence, connection, and community, leaving riders feeling celebrated, uplifted, and more connected to themselves and others.

Josh Ayles

Inspiring, Strong, Challenging.

Josh, a world-class ride coach since 2017, empowers riders through challenging classes that build self-belief, foster community, and promote growth. His passion for elevating others physically and mentally began at SoulCycle in London, helping riders achieve more than they imagined and leaving them feeling stronger and inspired beyond the bike.
