It features a traditional Finnish sauna, three dedicated ice baths, rinse-off showers and cold rinse buckets, compression boots, and red light therapy. You’ll also find dedicated zones for breathwork, soft tissue therapy, and mobility work — every element crafted to restore balance, ease tension, and elevate recovery.
