Before You Start – What to Know
We’re so pumped to have you join us for your Introductory offer.
But before you dive in, here are a few important things to know:
Your Introductory PassÂ
Your Introductory Pass is active for 14 consecutive days, starting from your date of purchase.
There are no pauses or extensions, so plan your training in advance to make the most of it!

We keep our classes small and high energy, so every spot matters. Please respect your fellow members and book with care.

Class Recommendations
To get the most out of your Soultrain experience, we suggest trying each of our core services: Gym, Ride, and Wellness. This will give you a feel for everything we offer and how we can support your fitness and wellness journey.
But hey, if you have a favourite workout style, feel free to use all three of your intro passes on that class. It's all about what makes you feel great!
12 Week Block Style Strength and Conditioning Training
Strength classes combine full-body compound movements with targeted bodybuilding exercises. Conditioning classes are designed to elevate your cardio fitness, strengthen abs, build resilience, and unlock your athletic potential. You will be surprised just how sweaty you can get, and how fit you will become!
Lose Yourself in the Music. Find Yourself in the Ride.
Ride is a rhythm-based, full-body workout that challenges you physically while uplifting you mentally. Move to the beat, adjust resistance, and tap into the room’s energy. Leave feeling strong, empowered, and connected. Open to all levels.Â
Luxurious Wellness Sanctuary
Offers an expansive sauna with a state-of-the-art heater, three dedicated ice baths, rinse-off showers and traditional rinse buckets, and specialised areas for breathwork, yoga, soft tissue therapies, and mobility exercises. Every element is designed to promote holistic well-being in a serene setting.​
