Welcome to the Soultrain Wellness Space, where you can choose between two transformative experiences: Communal Sauna + Ice Bath Sessions and Guided Wellness Classes.

In our Communal Sauna + Ice Bath sessions, you get to enjoy 60 minutes of rejuvenation at your own pace, using tools like foam rollers, ice pods, and our detoxifying sauna. For a more structured approach, our Guided Wellness classes—Rise, Recover, and Relax—blend yoga, breathwork, cold exposure, massage, and meditation to boost energy, enhance recovery, and promote deep relaxation. Whether you need to rise and shine or wind down, we’ve got you covered.
