Where is Soultrain Gymnasium? Tell me about the facilities…

Soultrain is located on level 2, in the City of Sydney PCYC building on the corner Riley and Cathedral street, Woolloomooloo, NSW, 2011. (Opposite to the main intersection which leads into the under ground car park at The Domain).

We have a huge state-of-the-art warehouse style gymnasium specifically designed to run high performance group training LIFT and SWEAT style workouts. We also have men and women’s changeroom facilities.

Can I join this program if I have little or no experience lifting weights?

Yes, absolutely. Small training groups allow our high level coaches to adjust and personalise programming to match your experience and skill level.

In addition to this, if you would feel more comfortable and confident having a little extra coaching prior to joining your first class, we will arrange for you to complete a free semi-private lift workshop. Where we will up-skill you on all the key lifts.

What should I do if I have a pre-existing injury?

Major Injuries
If you are suffering from a major injury we recommend you obtain a clearance letter from your physiotherapist, with clear instructions on what you can and can’t do.

Based on the specialists recommendation our head coach will determine whether it is suitable for you to join our training group, or if it would be more appropriate to rehab your injury with a highly-skilled personal trainer. With the view of joining the training group at a later stage, after successfully rehabilitating the injury.

Minor Injuries
During your initial induction phone call let our friendly staff know about your injury. This information will then be passed onto our head coaches who will adjust your training program appropriately.
