Where is Soultrain Gymnasium? Tell me about the facilities…

Soultrain is located on level 3, in the City of Sydney PCYC building. Corner Riley and Cathedral street, Woolloomooloo, NSW, 2011. (Opposite to the main intersection which leads into the under ground car park at The Domain).

We have a huge state-of-the-art warehouse style gymnasium specifically designed to run personalised, and targeted high level semi-private coaching sessions. We also have men and women’s changeroom facilities.

What does my 28 Day Challenge membership give me access to?

THE FURNACE
3x Body Remodeling (weights) sessions each week. We call these  sessions The Furnace. Furnace sessions are specifically designed to produce perky glutes, toned thighs and eye catching calves.


ENERGY SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT (ESD)
3x Fat Burning / Abs sessions each week. We call these sessions (ESD). ESD sessions have been designed to maximise fat loss, in the minimum amount of time. Plus flatten stomach and strengthen core.


PRECISION NUTRITION 101
Full access to our done-it-for-you Precision Nutrition Accelerator system. So you can start losing body fat without thinking about it.

Can I join this program if I have little or no experience lifting weights?

Yes, absolutely. Our small, semi-private training groups are designed to be flexible and personalised if needed. Meaning we can adjust certain exercises to match your experience and skill level.

Prior to the start of your Project Peach 28 Day Challenge we will also run short lifting workshop where we up skill you on all the key lifts. So you can start your program feeling totally comfortable and confident.
