Lift is our group strength training class. The secret weapon to getting the body you want, all in a 50-minute class. Using science-backed training methods, our group fitness program will help you change your body shape, tone up and get stronger. We split the class in half, so ladies, you can expect to tone up, look fitter, and see your glutes, thighs, and calves take shape (without putting on size). Gentlemen, you will see your chest, shoulders, back, and arms become bigger, your waist taper down (giving you that athletic v-shape). The workout consists of small groups that guarantee you receive expert coaching, personalised programming, and the best group fitness circuit training.
A 6-cell matrix, four lifting platforms, plentiful barbells, bumper plates, and dumbbells allow Soultrain to deliver cutting-edge strength and conditioning training programs. Classic lifts – such as hip thrusts, deadlifts, squats, shoulder press, bench press, chins, and bent-over rows – make up the foundations of our Lift group fitness training sessions.
