Training Philosophy

My training style is a hybrid of strength training, body building and high intensity training. I practice Zen and Vipassna meditation and mindfulness.

My coaching style incorporates all of the above plus mobility and yoga depending your wants and needs.

  • Fun facts about Billy

    1. I was once a very skinny kid who was lost but didn’t know it. I owe being a little less skinny and a little more found to training and meditation.
    2. Most weekends you will find me playing in the surf with my daughter at Bondi beach.
    3. My favourite movie is Crocodile Dundee.
