Training Philosophy
My training style is a hybrid of strength training, body building and high intensity training. I practice Zen and Vipassna meditation and mindfulness.
My coaching style incorporates all of the above plus mobility and yoga depending your wants and needs.

- I was once a very skinny kid who was lost but didn’t know it. I owe being a little less skinny and a little more found to training and meditation.
- Most weekends you will find me playing in the surf with my daughter at Bondi beach.
- My favourite movie is Crocodile Dundee.
