The Analysis Phase
Your body contouring journey will begin with a biometric assessment to discover your current body composition. How much body fat do you have? And what is your muscle density?
This assessment will include:
- Taking your initial photos
- Body measurements
- A weigh-in
It is also important to fully-understand what you’re looking to achieve. How do you want your body to look? Which particular areas do you want to change?
The Strategy Phase
Once we have your baseline data, we will set some clear, tangible goals and devise a strategy for you. What would you like your body to look like in 3 months’ / 6 months’ / a years’ time?
Which LIFT training group will be best suited to you? And how many SWEAT sessions will you need to attend to maximise fat loss? etc.
Your full body sculpting workout plan will be perfectly aligned with your goals, giving you the best chance to succeed.
