The Analysis Phase
This Analysis Phase involves coming into the gym and performing an initial assessment to find out exactly where you’re at in terms of your body composition. How much body fat do you have? How much muscle? And what do you really look like? This is what we call your ‘Point A.’
We determine this by doing a Biometric Assessment;
- taking your initial progress photos
- taking your body measurements
- plus doing a weigh-in
It is also important to understand how you want your body to look, because everyone’s idea of beauty is different. We encourage all our members to ask themselves: What areas of your body would you like to change? What makes you happy when you look in the mirror? What are some clear and tangible goals you can set?
